The staff are lovely and the facilities are great. Our room was spacious and equipped with a mini kitchen including fridge, coffee machine and kettle.
We were all very happy with the selection at breakfast and delicious lunch options on the lunch menu (which you pay for.)
The resort is easy to get to from the airport and is a short walk to local shops, restaurants and the beach.

This is a fabulous hotel. Beautiful bar area around the pool with attentive, efficient staff. There were always plenty of sunbeds to choose from from with no need to get up early to put towels out. Breakfast was fabulous. It felt way more more expensive than it was. A very classy hotel.

We had an enjoyable stay at Marins Beach Club Adults Only, mainly because of the excellent frontline staff. Andrea on reception was always welcoming and helpful, and the restaurant team deserve special recognition. They work tirelessly, always with a smile, and are a real credit to the hotel. Beautiful hotel and facilities as described on the website.
Unfortunately, our experience with the reservations and customer service team was different. We found them unhelpful and although I accepted them refusing my request to cancel our last night at the hotel I find the lack of communication as rude and reflect poor customer service.
We also had an unfortunate incident when housekeeping mistakenly removed my own bedding, which I had brought because of allergies. It was never recovered, and there was no apology, acknowledgement of the inconvenience, or offer of compensation.
Guests should also be aware that half board does not include drinks with dinner—not even water—so expect extra costs on top of the tourist tax. The hotel also does not allow food or drinks purchased elsewhere to be brought onto the premises, meaning that if you spend the day by the pool, you have little choice but to buy food and drinks at the hotel prices. Cala Millor has a beautiful sandy beach, but price of sunbeds is expensive . The resort itself feels purpose-built for tourism and lacks authentic Spanish character. It is also not well served by public transport, and taxis are expensive, so without a car you can quickly feel confined to the area. Hiring a car completely changed our holiday, allowing us to visit stunning places such as Cala Romàntica, where two sunbeds and a parasol cost €15, and the beautiful historic town of Alcúdia. If you’re staying here, I would strongly recommend renting a car.
Overall, the hardworking restaurant staff made our stay enjoyable, but the reservations department, additional costs, and lack of atmosphere meant the experience fell short of our expectations.
