Excellent location: Very close to the town center.
Cleanliness: The room was clean and well-maintained.
Unprofessional staff: Upon checkout, I asked to leave my two small backpacks for a few hours to explore Tossa de Mar. The blonde female receptionist refused in a very rude and unprofessional manner, claiming there was "no space" for them.
Poor hospitality: In 20 years of global travel, I have never experienced a hotel refusing to hold basic bags for a few hours after checkout. The lack of helpfulness and poor attitude ruined the final impression of our stay. Conclusion:
Apart from the location and cleanliness, this hotel offers very poor customer service. If you need standard hospitality flexibility, look elsewhere.
