Excellent location, very close to everything but on a pretty quiet street. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was good.
Our room was unbearably hot. It was hot and humid during our stay in Tossa de Mar, but the nights were pleasant. Unfortunately, our room stayed very warm and stuffy all night. (and did not have air conditioning, of course). Our room did not face the sea, which might have made a difference.

Beautiful, quirky property and amazing staff! The location is fantastic! Heart of the Old Town, close to the small beach and hiking route. Everything was just amazing 😍
It would be nice if there was a kettle in the room, but that's not a deal breaker;)

good checkin experience, decent breakfast, great location near the historical centre and beach, great value for the price, everything is clean.
the street at night/early morning in summer can be noisy (rubbish car / people talking) but it is normal thing to count with,
some walk to get to the property is needed (found parking 10 min walk away) but certainly not a problem

The location was excellent but last of all we loved how helpful the staff were. They were very accommodating and helpful with extra amenities that we needed such as towels for the beach, umbrellas, etc. We were leaving very early in the morning for our flight and they offered to make us a sandwich to take as we would be missing breakfast. They were very helpful and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone.
We had to ring a phone number to be let in. Unfortunately, our phones were unable to connect, which left us waiting for some time before a member of staff came by. Perhaps a video doorbell system that sends notifications directly to staff phones might be a more reliable solution, particularly for guests having issues with international phone service.
This was only minor, and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone - if was worth the wait.
