Our room was lovely and clean, the breakfast was great, parking on the road just outside the hotel. Our chamber maid was very helpful. We loved the location,
Breakfast was until 10.00, we prefer it a little later.

Location is excellent for seafront and the numerous bars/restaurants.
Reasonably priced and fridge in the room. Also a safe which is chargeable. Nice pool and área but unfortunately we couldn't use It as we had our dog with us
No fixing for the shower head and in general the bathroom fixtures and fittings we're dated. At the point of Booking and paying there was no mention of an extra charge for dogs or that they must be under 10kg. Luckly neither was a problem for us. Also access to all indoor bars and the restaurant was not permitted.

The hotel was in a great position. Close to shops, beach and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cafe bar was open till 11. The swimming pool was clean and catered for children. Close to bus stops with regular buses to Benidorm and Altea. Breakfast with plenty of choices. Secure car parking
The beds weren’t the most comfortable. Car parking was extra. No tea /coffee facilities in room and we really missed our early morning and late night drink! Rooms a bit dated but that didn’t really matter.

The location
It was very dated really poor lighting in the room. The breakfast was not good very little choice. There were lots of school children on a trip which meant we couldn’t go to the pool in the afternoon and it was very noisy.
