The view wasn't the best out of our room window but that was stated when we booked.

Location, breakfast and bed
Shower head wasn’t fixed properly and had no pressure.
Lower car park had no lighting which is a hazard
The crockery in our room was dirty. We reported it to a member of staff who said they would sort it. We gave her the correct room number. When we went back to our room after a night out the crockery hadn’t been changed or cleaned.
