Not my cup of tea, but it will suit those that want a budget all inclusive.

The staff work really hard to please the guests, cannot fault them. The food was good, something for everyone, fresh meat cooked daily, huge turkey and pork joint on Sunday, fresh fruit, fresh pancakes, lovely fresh bread.

The room was very basic and outdated. Lack of storage/places to put all your bits and pieces. The double bed was two singles pushed together. No air conditioning (it really would help) just one fan in the room. It just lacked comfort, no comfy chairs/sofa outdoor furniture was 2 basic plastic garden chairs.

The hotel has potential, great food, excellent location, and a safe pool area for all.

Breakfast wad very good, plenty of choice. Pool area was great, sufficient room for all guests. Drinks prices were expensive.

The rooms are need of some tlc. We had to ask for the windows to be repaired on day 1 as they were not secure. It took them 3 days to repair the extractor fan in the bathroom. The bathroom had no ventilation and with the heat smelled.

No facilities to make coffee in the room. Only one pillow each Smell from behind the kitchens Thought this was a newer revamped hotel but just painted over, needs some TLC

Great value, lovely staff, fabulous breakfast

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. No too far from the beach, and very close to bars and restaurants. A really nice relexed atmosphere about the place.

We didn't get a great view as we were ground floor and our patio area looked out onto the car park, but we spent most of our time at the pool or beach so wasn't too much of an issue for us. A fridge in the room would have been a great addition as we were not all inclusive so would have been nice for us to cool our drinks and store some snacks.

Rough around the edges but the experience made it. Loved it here

Entertainment made the experience. Local beach was also lovely to swim in the sea. Such a clear calm bay

I think with a bit of money thrown into renovating the rooms, the palace would be transformed from an 8/10 to 11/10!

I wouldn't bring kids here.

Great Pool! Good breakfast with large selection from fried eggs and sausages to watermelon and croissants. Bed was comfy. Liked the marble topped coffee table and side table and decor.

Staff attitude when we told them some of the lights were not working. He only asked if I wanted to change rooms...trying to make me look difficult. I said no. Then he said he would call someone about the lights. Many hours later no one came so we switched bulbs ourselves and realised the wiring was the problem. The floor had strange brown stains and in the bathroom an uncovered nail head was the door stop.

Pleasant stay in Caleta de Fuste

The facilities and staff were good and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice and a pleasant environment. Great location.

No English TV for dull days. Wardrobe door wouldn't stay on the track so left it off during the stay.

My Hotels are your hotel

Lovely helpful staff. Ninja cleaning staff no matter what time you left your room when you return all clean beds made fantastic.

You can see they are trying to upgrade it just takes time.

99% was perfect

I am not smoking person. I think should be are for smoking and rooms should be separate for smoking people and no smoking. That's the most bad for me because I am allergic 😢 Another thing is food. Sometimes was cold 😢 but very good and tasty 😘

Good value for money, exceptionally friendly helpful staff

This was an unexpected stay as we had just dentist a week in Corralejo and due to a tummy bug my youngest was not allowed to fly on the day of our departure. So I booked this hotel as it looked clean, value for money snd easy to get to the airport. The best thing about this hotel were the staff. Incredibly helpful and really friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Due to my daughter being unwell we did not really use many of the facilities but the pool looked lovely, and the entertainment looked great. Unfortunately we were not up to taking part in the fun.

Our room was very hot due to no air conditioning, and I didn't feel safe opening windows or doors as we were on the ground floor very near the street. On the plus side, when i asked for a fan, one was brought round almost immediately. It was also very noisy, partially because it was Saturday night so the entertainment went on till around midnight (fine if you're at the pool and taking part) but as our room was right by the road it seemed to be a cut through for people coming and going. So noisy with general activities until about 1am. Then some sort of generator kicked in every hour or so. And then bin lorries arrived around 4am. So not much sleep.

Loud music to facilitate the activities around the pool went on far to long after the programmes had

Very good breakfast but the setting of of some of the facilities i.e. cold milk not close to the tea /coffee machine knife, fork, spoons in one location could have been at both ends of the dining hall. Staff very good, cleanliness good.

Nice hotel, night time noise the only problem

Noise from Disco until 23.15 7 nights of the week . Much too loud. Should be silent at 22.00
