The location is perfect for attending the Proms at the Royal Albert Hall. The leafy surroundings are very pleasant, particularly easy access to Hyde Park.
The beds are somewhat uncomfortable. There was an initial mix-up when our room was also allocated to another couple but I assume this was sorted out quickly.

Location is perfect, the single room is great, bathroom is very clean
The room was a bit warm for me during the night even with an open window. Fan wasn't enough.

Room was very quiet.
Fans were provided as there was no air con.
WiFi was amazingly fast
Location was perfect for Science museum and natural history museum
Windows did not open enough.
Breakfast was quite far away to walk to.
