Great location. Yanah and Vladimir were wonderful and so very helpful during our stay.
No lift. Tough lugging suitcase up to top floor of hotel.

Beautiful location, very helpful staff, AC, huge apartment with bedrooms.
Breakfast was not my favorite but it seemed to try to appeal to an international crowd.

Right in the heart of the town, short walk to the Castle. Very large room that was clean and well-appointed. We appreciated the spaciousness. Toilet room separate from shower room with lots of mirrors throughout was great for getting ready in the morning. Staff very responsive to complaints.
Advertised as air conditioned but wasn't. Room was extremely hot and only one small screened window that we could leave open at night. The first morning there was very little breakfast food left by the time we arrived (well within the time period specified). However, in subsequent mornings we requested more food to be available, and staff responded to our request. Not a good choice for anyone with mobility issues as both in the room and throughout the hotel, there were many steps to be negotiated.

Cute hotel with large castle like rooms. Really added to the feel of the town.
Nothing but bed was a bit hard.
