This is my second time staying here, and I am happy to see that the high standard of service has been maintained. The breakfast is plentiful, well prepared, and consistently exceeds my expectations. I would gladly stay here again.The location is excellent, easy to reach, and offers convenient parking for guests. There is a restaurant beneath the hotel that is open until 10:30 PM, so even if you arrive late, you can still count on having dinner. Across from the hotel, there is a supermarket where you can buy anything you may need or have forgotten. An excellent location!
I have only one recommendation: if you maintain the current quality of service, you will continue to be an excellent place to stay.

Close to bus station, easy to get into central Bratislava.
Parking available in the inner courtyard.
Staff is kind and helpful.
Restaurant has good food (large portions with correct pricing).
The room had working AC, a small fridge and a hairdryer.
Sits just next to the main street, traffic can get loud.
They had a party in the restaurant one night and even though they turned the music volume lower at around 22:00 we couldn't find it quiet enough to calm down/relax.
Shower soap/gel receipient was empty.
The matress on the third bed in the room was of very very poor quality.. at the end neither one of me, my kid or wife slept on it..
The pillows.. oh, my God 😟 worst I've seen ever 😟
Overpriced (at least the price we got) for offerings.
