Fab little boutique B&B

Fabulous accommodation in a boutique B&B situated in the heart of Lymington. Easy parking and the Apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable to stay in. Tobias is a very welcoming, knowledgeable host who cooks a mean breakfast! Nothing to dislike here; we’ll 100% stay again. Thanks for a lovely break Tobias :-)

Disappointing overall . Friendly host . Just not our preferred style

Location and the host was welcoming

Check in was difficult as we had to state exact time and we were contacted and pressed to confirm arrival time . Breakfast time slot - we were given one time slot for breakfast, no alternative option . No toiletries in room as stated . Quilt too heavy for the time of the year . Bed wasn’t a large double as claimed . Room a bit tired and dated

An ideal base to explore the New Forest.

The location of the Brittannia House is ideal for exploring the New Forest and surrounding areas and only a very short walk from the lovely town centre of Lymington. Our room and bathroom were lovely and very clean. Tobi our host made us very welcome and his daughter had even cooked some lovely shortbread for us. There was a good variety for our breakfast and it was cooked to perfection. A very relaxing and comfortable stay

Our apartment was lovely. I wish we had more time to enjoy it.

It was very central to everything we needed. Host Tobi was very friendly and helpful and he also cooks a magnificent breakfast!

we would come here again and again. A home from home!

So quirky and different but spotlessly clean. Owner Toby was so relaxed and hospitable. He makes a fabulous breakfast as well! We booked one room and received a private beautiful sitting room as well. Really a very special place and fantastic location. 2 minutes walk to Harbour and Main shopping street.

There were no tissues around the bedroom or bathroom and pressure in shower and toilet was low. However that can easily be solved.

Everything was lovely. Good location in the heart of Lymington, but still quiet and comfortable for a short break. Very unusual and interesting decor, similar to visiting a family home with the owner as your host.

Brilliant accommodation with superb host.

Great place to stay. Tobi was very welcoming. My wife really enjoyed the comfortable lounge were she read and relaxed after our days out. The best breakfasts I have ever had, and I do enjoy my full English Breakfasts. Ideal location within very easy walking distance of the train and ferry and also the high street with lots of really good shops and places to eat. Would definitely try to stay there if I was going to the New Forest area again. Lymington is a really wonderful destination with so much to do in the locality.

Very relaxing and comfortable stay with a great host we will be back.

The breakfast was amazing and cooked fresh, the location is great for local shops and pubs and the hosts recommendations were spot on.

A refreshing break.

The property was quirky and homely with lovely fresh and unusual decor throughout. There was a large open kitchen for breakfast and use of a big sitting room. Toby the host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He looked out for our arrival and took our bags to the room and showed us to the parking nearby. He supplied glasses and a cooler without us even asking. The full English breakfast cooked to order was just the thing to keep us going during our excursions. I would definitely recommend staying here and would return without hesitation.

That we forgot to order the weather and it rained a bit! Beyond Toby’s control. Nothing negative to say about the property.

Superb

Tobias was very welcoming and friendly. The Hotel was in an excellent location, close to the harbour and the main high street. There was designated parking and a good selection of places nearby to have a meal.
