Our host Toby was delightful, very helpful and also most knowledgeable about the local area including advice on where to eat. The bedroom/ bathroom was spotless with excellent quality linen. Tobie's attention to detail throughout our stay was superb. Not forgetting a freshly made quality breakfast daily using locally sourced ingredients. A perfect 'Mine Host' for those looking for a more intimate and friendly service

A very individual property, very well maintained in a style in harmony with the original building. An oasis of calm and serenity. Perfectly located

Location and the host was welcoming

Check in was difficult as we had to state exact time and we were contacted and pressed to confirm arrival time . Breakfast time slot - we were given one time slot for breakfast, no alternative option . No toiletries in room as stated . Quilt too heavy for the time of the year . Bed wasn’t a large double as claimed . Room a bit tired and dated
