Calme et environnement vert
Chambre au rdc au niveau réception et parking (arrivée le lundi vers 17:00), il a fallu demander un changement de chambre, ce fut possible et plus agréable. Personne au niveau de la piscine pour commander un verre, il a fallu retourner a la réception pour que quelqu'un vienne. Petit déjeunera désastreux pour un 4 * et pour ce prix.

La música ambiental exterior me gustó mucho es una gran idea. La piscina es Fantástica (tal vez un poco caliente el agua), la cama excelente, la habitación muy confortable; el internet no nos permitió disfrutar las plataformas de streaming. El personal del restaurante se esfuerza dentro de sus alcances pero es bastante notorio la carencia de una coordinación, un Gerente ó por lo menos un Capitán
Muy buena idea tener barbacoa en el buffet desayuno pero el costo es excesivo, no es acorde al perfil del Hotel.
el costo de la renta de las raquetas para el tenis tambien es excesivo.

Los felicito, todas los adicionales a la habitación son de calidad: gimnasio, alberca, jardines.
Deben de tener una mejor comunicación con Booking, ya que me querían dar una habitación incorrecta. Tuve que esperar mucho tiempo la solución.
