Hotel neuf et moderne dans le centre de Querétaro.
Prestations de qualité, le personnel est très accueillant.
Le restaurant propose des plats et cocktails vraiment délicieux.
Pas de pommeau de douche et carrelage très glissant dans la douche et la salle de bain.
Des travaux ont commencé dans le bâtiment voisin lors de notre séjour sans que l'on soit informés. Coups de marteau de 8h à 18h qui résonnaient dans toutes les chambres.
Aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé.

Amazing location, beautiful design, amazing food and drinks, super clean rooms. The beds are comfy and pillows are great! The overall design of the hotel is so beautiful and they use good quality soaps etc in the rooms.

The rooms are clean, the food is ok,
Staff is gentle but I would felt better if they had a better security filter, everything was ok, but it shares a bar open to the public
