A very nice hotel and a comfortable room. Staff went out of their way to help me unload and load my car. Location is great for walking around centro. Close to numerous restaurants and museums. Paid parking was a plus but the parking lot was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. They gave me a Google map to get to the parking lot which was helpful. This was my 4th time to visit Querétaro so I knew my way around a bit.
I wish I had known about the construction in front of the hotel. It meant that I had to park by the park and bring my luggage to the hotel. Thankfully, one of the staff helped me. My room was small but comfortable. I asked for a first floor room and didn't realize that in the evening they open the first floor and it becomes a bar. Music and talking were pretty loud but by 11 all had calmed down. It's not easy to find a hotel in centro with parking.

La ubicación estuvo excelente, a todas partes se puede llegar caminando y la atenco muy buena.
No teníamos toallas para baño en la habitación y en los cajones había unas envolturas.
