The HS Hotsson Hotel Queretaro was welcoming and beautiful upon entering. Staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us get settled after hours spent in the airport with a delayed flight. It was particularly nice to be greeted with a simple but delicious complimentary buffet in a room with spectacular views and attentive staff.
Our room was spacious with slippers, bathroom amenities , complimentary beverages including beer and comfortable bed. It made a long, hard day of Airline incompetency end on a sweet note !
Thank you HS Hotsson for redeeming the day!
There was nothing that I did not like other than
the carpet on our floor (9) needed to be cleaned .

It's a little bit far from downtown Queretaro.
