First class luxury and excellent staff made our stay memorable

Wonderful luxurious space. The breakfast was excellent, a tranquil getaway in the midst of Queretaro's historic center. Easy walk to a plaza filled with restaurants.

Not a pool on the premise, must go down the street to their other location to sit in the very small pool.

Great stay and will book at the same place in my upcoming trips to Queretaro for sure

Service was great, staff really friendly and place was truly nice. I will book again when I return to Queretaro in the near future! Cleanliness was superior. Location can't be surpassed. I loved my stay in such a nice, quiet and comfortable hotel. Now I know that there is an extension of the hotel around the corner with a swimming pool.

Warm water in the shower comes out rather late which causes a significant amount of the precious liquid being wasted

Casa Once is located on a quiet street off the main square of Queretaro. Eduardo, the manager, was so accomodating and cordial. The room advertised on Booking.com that we booked faced the street. It wasn't private and although it was a nice room we requested a change. Eduardo gave us another master bedroom which was quite lovely. The bed is excellent, super comfortable. The staff is so friendly and the breakfast is excellent. We had chilaquiles and pancakes. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure if this was a booking.com issue or Casa Once. THe room advertised as a master suite faces the street. People walking the street can literally look into your room! This is not visible in the photos and therefore misleading. I think this should be made clear and the price adjusted accordingly.

Totally worth staying here. I loved it!!!!

It’s a beautiful, quiet, private and cozy place. The room was amazing, great taste, comfortable and clean. Staff were attentive and polite… very nice!!! And to top it all, the breakfast was yummy!!!

They have two buildings a block away from each other so if you want to go to the pool and your room is on the other building you have to leave the premises in order to get to the pool

gorgeous boutique hotel

this is a boutique hotel, it has two establishments a few blocks from each other. we stayed as a group in one of the houses. it was gorgeous, it’s a huge house with 8 rooms surrounding a open air patio with light stone walls, climbing flowers and a gurgling fountain. Casa Once is in the center of Queretaro, walking distance to churches, restaurants, shops, tours, the place is attended by a staff that serves you in the patio breakfast a la carte included with your stay. Eduardo, the manager is available 24/7, and he will help you with any needs, shuttles, info. the rooms are all different and beautiful. the water is purified, so showers and drinking are safe. the mattresses are so comfortable and the sheets dreamy.

as a boutique hotel, there is no room service and no parking, but Eduardo knows places where you can park at better rates. if not in high season, you will not have trouble finding parking in the street. it’s quite safe

Wonderful Stay!

The breakfast was excellent. We were given orange juice and coffee. The coffee was very good. Additionally, we had a choice of cook to order hot breakfast dishes along with yogurt/fruit. It was a great way to start our day. Also, our room was spacious and well lit with a very comfortable room.

Laid back local for laid back people.

it’s laid back. We instantly relaxed. The staff were warm and friendly and though our Spanish is weak, it was easy to communicate with them. such lovely people! They went out of their way to make it easy for us to enjoy ourselves.

Honestly? Nothing. We loved it all. Casa Once is an excellent fit for laid back people.

Pleasant, clean, and well located hotel near historic center, but would not rebook for future stay.

Location, breakfasts, cleanliness, attentive and helpful cook-attendant (Antony), tastefully decorated and appointed rooms, comfortable bed. Nice small pool.

Room smaller than expected. No English news on TV except Fox, and very limited English language TV. Room was at separate, unmarked “annex” located about a block from main hotel, which was very confusing upon arrival near midnight. No reception desk.

Very enjoyable stay, spacious room, lovely bed and linens. The staff were very sweet and helpful.

Breakfast was very good. Would’ve been easier to have a small menu to look at as they verbally said what the choices were in Spanish, but we managed.

The bathroom was not the greatest for the price point.
