No tener agua caliente como tal , se tenía que esperar para que saliera el agua calienta alrededor de 10 minutos, el lavabo del baño estaba tapado , igual la falta de una nevera para guardar alimentos o refrescos .

This is a bare-bones hotel. Very clean and quiet. When I needed to change my room and they couldn't accommodate me at this hotel, they helped me with a room at another property. They are accommodating and helpful.
There are no windows. The only "window" was glass above the door. I didn't know that when I booked.
