The hotel is located in the historic district, offering excellent access to the area's sights and dining options. The building itself has a charming, historic atmosphere that perfectly suits the neighborhood; it is a wonderful hotel. It is rare to find a place that has preserved the ambiance of the past so beautifully. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Querétaro. The staff are all friendly and kind, ensuring a worry-free stay.
While the hotel offers both breakfast-inclusive and room-only rates, there is also a separate paid breakfast option. Since information about this paid option isn't always provided upfront, I recommend double-checking whether the meal is included or requires payment when you order—even if you booked a room that supposedly includes breakfast to prevent trouble.
That said, the paid breakfast is delicious, so I definitely recommend trying it.
This is a wonderful hotel with a charming character that harmonizes with the historic district's scenery. However, I would not recommend it to those expecting a modern hotel with state-of-the-art facilities. In the room where I stayed, I found many small ants around the sink and towels. Although insect-repellent bands are provided in the room, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is particularly bothered by insects.

Perfectly located in the center of the historic center. I could reach all sites in close walking distance. Parking in the street (free) or opposite (fee) possible. The Spa is extremely relaxing and professional. Tasty breakfast and spacious, clean room. - A high standard Boutique Hotel

Location and friendly staff.
Multiple roof leaks during raining season blocking bathroom passway and also inside bathroom. Suggest fixing.
