Amazingly designed property with lots of beautiful details and great staff. The rate was also out for the quality of the accommodations. Get a Junior Suite!

El Hotel es fantástico , muy agradable cómodo y muy bien ubicado , definitivamente muy buena opción en Queretaro
Lamentablemente No todo el personal estaba calificado acorde a nivel de Hotel en la recepción no puedo decir todos pero hubieron dos personas una que no hizo nada para ayudarme a alargar mi estancia , realmente no quiso y se negó en todo, lo tuve que hacer yo en booking , El otro al siguiente dia sin ni siquiera preguntar me acuso directamente que el tablero de planchar estaba quemado , a lo cual respondí que yo no he usado el tablero luego revisaron y fue de mucho antes y ni siquiera fue capaz a de pedir disculpas . Por ultimo la Hostest del Restaurant Al verme sentado en la zona del bar sin ni siquiera saluda me dijo descortésmente aquí no hay servicio si quiere servicio debe ir al salon , a lo que me negué ya que llovía torrencialmente y no era un problema ofrecerme el servicio ya que la mesa donde estaba sentado estaba a dos metros del salon solo era descortesía de esta o persona , lo cual fue solucionado por uno de los meseros y otra mesesra quienes no tuvieron problema en tomarme el. Pedido y ofrecerme un excelente servicio . Por lo demás puedo decir que el Hotel es muy agradable

Cama extremamente confortável, travesseiros também. Equipe muito prestativa e educada, atendeu a todas as solicitações de maneira eficaz.

The rooms are nice and the beds and pillows are comfortable. It’s nicely located in the center of the city.
The hotel is SUPER noisy. We were woken up by drilling and hammering noises at 8 am on a Saturday and on Sunday with live music from the restaurant, and the staff talking in the corridor. They should really think about installing noise cancelling windows.
