Localização excelente, acomodação maravilhosa no estilo colonial mexicano, um verdadeiro ponto turístico. Roupas de cama e banho limpas e confortáveis. Pessoas tocando piano no salão o dia todo de forma mágica.

A beautiful property in an excellent location. The hotel has a lot of character, and the design and historic atmosphere make the experience very special. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return.
The main opportunity for improvement would be the professionalism and consistency of the staff. At times, the service felt a bit too informal, and there was limited guidance regarding the hotel’s services, amenities, and offerings, which could leave guests feeling somewhat lost. A more structured welcome and clearer communication would elevate the overall experience considerably.

The location is great if you are looking to stay in the historic district. This place has not parking but there is 24 hrs public parking around the corner.
As the house is old, the room has this particular smell to older residents.

The restaurant service was very bad, coffee was cold , it took about 2 hrs to get out breakfast putting us behind schedule,
