Lovely balcony and a well set out apartment in a great, central location

Not easy to find - never would have found it without a good taxi driver pointing out the door. App based lock was a bit hit and miss, taking up to 5 attempts to unlock room each time. Also no WiFi at the door, but it needed to be online to work, so had to switch on costly data roaming just to get in.

Location and very friendly and helpful staff. Victor was really helpful. I had a problem with the air-conditioning but it was sorted out the next day.

Air-conditioning. The first night the temperature did not go below 30. Thankfully a fan was sent which helped me to sleep. The second night was fine with an additional portable air-conditioning machine.

Classy modern apartment with large sun terrace and close to the cities bars, restaurants and things to see in walking distance, Even though this apartment is virtually in the city centre it's quiet at night and is only room on the 7th floor so you don't really see or hear any other residents or holidaymakers Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone coming to Valencia for holiday

Not a problem but if you are checking in via the app and arriving later at night be sure to check instructions before hand to access the main door and you'll be fine Is easy to use and a good system if you follow the instructions from the app and use your code provided

The location was brilliant - very close to the old town, the metro and various bus stops. The terrace was also a real bonus - lovely for sitting outside for breakfast / in the evening.

More information ie, something on the outside of the building as we arrived at night and could not find the entrance. A welcome pack, water, shower gel etc. we had to use an App on mobile phone for entry and on first arriving the entrance is so dark we could not read the entry instructions.0

Location was really close to metro, bus stations and markets. A nice apartment with everything you need.
