Highly recommend this apartment for a city centre stay it was perfect for us

The property was very modern and had everything we could ask for

The only fault I would have is the stairs going up to the apartment is quite steep and wouldn’t be ideal for people with mobility issues as there was no lift.

Amazing apartment in a vibrant neighborhood

We had a lovely time at Ruzafa Modern Lofts! The location was superb, the apartment was pleasant and clean - it was everything we needed for our stay in Valencia. Anastasiia was very kind to provide all information we needed. Should you need to put away your luggage before checkin and after checkout, you can use a luggage locker not too far away from the apartment.

Awesome

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and always there whenever we had a problem or question. The location in Ruzafa was perfect- a lovely area with everything you need within a 3-minute walk, while the apartment itself is on a quiet street. It made our stay in Valencia even more special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

A truly welcoming stay in a fantastic neighborhood

Communication with the host was impeccable, and the apartment is located in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and everything one might need just minutes away. The apartment had a welcoming scent, was very well maintained, and spotlessly clean, clearly reflecting the care put into the guest experience. It is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, with a modern design. The city center is within walking distance, and you can enjoy drinks, brunch, and tapas just moments from the door. There is even a great tapas spot right on the corner below the apartment. Absolutely amazing!

We had a lovely time at Ruzafa Modern Lofts! The location was superb, the apartment was pleasant and clean - it was everything we needed for our stay in Valencia. On/off sewage smell, blocked sink and block entrance at main door, which was a fire hazard as only exit.
