The house is beautifully furnished and spotless.
Luis,who looks after the guests is very friendly and helpful. He has good English. He has lots of good suggestions of how to enjoy Bilbao.
It's a great base for Bilbao, as there's a Metro Station 5 minutes away. Tickets once you get a €3.50 Barik card at the station are very cheap, 70 or 80c per person per trip. The card lasts seven years so can be reused on return stays

Luis was a great host when we arrived, going through all the information about travel food and faciliaties in the area. There is a 500m walk to the metro station for a 40min trip into Bilbao.. and he provided good suggestions for restaurants within Bilbao and the local towns.
The area was really safe, though there was a bit of noise at night (a Sat night).
Coffee was available in the morning from 9am.
Would be great if there was a small fridge for the room, else there was nothing we didn't like.
