Layout and the area, especially the beach
First room given had mould and musty smell. They changed the room but should never have happened. Beach towels should be changed automatically or the night before. Breakfast good but evening meal not great, only ate evening meal once.

Nice location, 20 min walk from Forio , quiete Hotel with private beach and pools available
The staff was unbothered, especially the SPA no hot water in the showers light off in the changing rooms and no soap dispensers.
The girl at the bar seemed very frustrated all the time and never smiled.
Our room n. 28 was full of dust when we arrived.
Breakfast very basic for a 4 star not many savoury options.
