Considering how expensive accommodation is in San Pedro de Atacama, this place offers excellent value for money. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for remote work.
The host and cleaning staff were all very friendly. The room is basic but comfortable, with a good bed. There is a shared kitchen and three bathrooms, and I never had to wait. Btw, water was perfectly hot.
The only minor downside was that it got a little cold at night, although two thick wool blankets were provided.

The location is quite good. The hostal is clean and quiet. They have kitchen so you can cook yourself. very convenient. They have 4 public bathroom so no problem of waiting.
the room can be hot in the afternoon. The is no table or chair in my room so I need to sit outside. But some guests are smoking so it's quite annoying.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to the main street at Caracoles.
Room & bed is clean and comfortable.
The cleaning lady is very friendly.
There is consistent hot water shower (the water pressure is abit low though).
There is a well stocked grocery shop just across the road (sell fruits, bread, water etc).
Overall, good value for money.
1) Smoking is allowed as there are ash trays placed on the tables outside the room.
I have sensitive nose so when the next door neighbour smokes, I start sneezing & its not healthy to breathe in second hand smoke.
2) Host is usually not around.
Please ensure that you inform the host of your arrival time in advance. During my stay of 6 nights, there are several last minute bookings & they did not inform the host. Some guests waited 15 to 45 minutes to be checked in.
I did not have this problem as I informed the host in advance & she was already waiting for me upon arrival.
