Nada a reclamar, tudo ótimo!

Room itself was nice but was given 3 single beds instead of a double and single. Was clean
The staff. Nobody there to let us in and we had to knock on someone’s door to get wifi to message the owner. Then the owner tried to add VAT to our booking even though we were exempt. Then charged us in pesos rather than dollars without me knowing so I was charged more. Then when I explained this she refused a refund and avoided me. The WiFi also didn’t work throughout our stay and she did not fix it.
