The hotel is located in a quiet area in the old town. The gorgeous entryway is very impressive!
The room didn't have air conditioning and although there was a ceiling fan and a box fan, it felt a bit stuffy. Since we stayed in a hotter period of August, the fact that the bed had a heavier blanket but no top sheet meant that we were either too hot or too cold and weren't able to sleep well.

The location was amazing! We literally walked to the train station, only took 10 minutes walk. We were in the middle of the historic center. Just a few minutes from all the shopping, the main church, the Mercado. A good 20 minutes walk each way to the Guggenheim.
Lots of hot water, great shower! I love how the toilet is separated from the shower. Very clean and comfortable beds.
We knew there was no AC but we thought the ceiling fan did a good job, but it was a bit noisy. I was comfortable, but my other family members were not as comfortable as I was.

I got a room without a window. Although it was not mentioned when I booked it, so I was very unhappy. The room was dark without fresh air and I didn't feel comfortable at all as I'm claustrophobic. There was no rooms available, so I had to stay there.
