They allowed me to check in at noon which really helped. (BTW, read the email they send to you ... you will need the code to get in the front door). Checkout was at 11:30 which is also better that most Reykjavik hotels. The internet was strong and used a password which makes it safer. The shared kitchen was well stocked with dishes and silverware and glasses and instant coffee and tea. There is a Bonus supermarket across the street, which I find to be the most reasonably price supermarket chain in Iceland.
I would have rated this location as good if there had been a desk or a table in the bedroom where I could have worked. There was none.
This was undoubtedly the smallest room I have ever stayed in in a hotel, but that wasn't really a problem.
There was one bathroom for 4 rooms.

Small single room was too small, but still manageble for single person with less luggage

Good price and location, quite center.
It is more like a sharehouse with no one in charge. No check-in procedure, but there are several other people sharing the same house. Just feel kind of unsafe.
