Bed was comfy, room quirky, location within short walking distance of several attractions and cafes/restaurants, back door used several times as it cut down distance.
Good aircon.
Came as a shock that the glass window looked into the next room which was separated by an air shaft but once curtain drawn this was OK.
Nowhere really to hang clothes.

It’s located on Lebuh Victoria, which is within walking distance to lots of restaurants and food stalls. The room is overall clean and comfortable. It’s within walking distance to Chew Jetty and Lebuh Armenian.
Not soundproof, so you’ll hear everything from footsteps to chatter to luggage rolling across the floor.

Location was great.
There is no exterior windows. No natural light. The stairs to the bedroom loft were angled downward. Not ideal if you’re not careful. Stairs should have a 2 degree upward slant to provide bite when your traveling down them. These steps were angled downwards. Dangerous.

Great location, perfect for a short trip to Georgetown. Staff were pleasant and went out of their way to help me. The mattress was very comfortable, the bedroom decor unique and charming. Plenty of hot water, and helpfully they give you a toothbrush and toothpaste. Delicious ice cream on sale too!
When I arrived I got attacked by a mosquito, turns out the staff had forgotten to put the anti-mosquito plug in the room. Message the staff before you arrive to ensure they have done this because it needs time to work, and they don’t have any mosquito spray in reception. The room itself was right next to a communal space and some people would natter there at midnight so I advise wearing ear plugs. It also meant passers-by could see in my room if the curtains were open, so make sure you are always fully clothed. My neighbours also decided to smoke in their room, and the smell flooded my room. Tell the receptionist; they will tell them to stop and lend you an ioniser to remove the smell. It takes around 15 minutes to work. A large fixture above the toilet broke and was hanging off. While not great, maintenance came immediately and removed it. My sense is this hotel needs a little more maintenance but if you pay close attention to things like this you will be fine.
