location - easy to find on the outskirts of Keysham and Saltford and easy to get into Bath
House with large drive and easy to park outside - huge room with two beds and also a very good sofa, bathrooms next door which was not an issue
clean and today
an extension lead to the large chest of drawers as a plug in for the kettle and all charging surface for the phones etc that we carry. that would have improved it saved crawling around on the floor

Really tasty full English breakfast (choice re cooking of eggs) with cereal available to start and with orange juice, tea/coffee , toast and jam/marmalade. Very reasonably priced.
Owners very friendly and attentive and loved the character of the building both inside and out. Quite unique.

Lovely old house, in need of some TLC.
Room was not clean, under the bed hadn’t been cleaned in months, bad drain smell in the room
