Hotel do not serve breakfast. Location is great.
Air-cond shutdown too often and too long in the middle of night that waken people up with sweat.

Pillows are plumped and bed size is larger than most. Close to train station for trains to Kansai Airport, about 10 mins walk.
Wifi was not consistent, e.g/ whatsapp phone calls terminated during conversation, can hear cars and trucks on roads at night clearly- maybe a problem for not sound sleepers and coffee is cold served in pot. Make your own coffee with hot water provided might be better and available 24 hours- there's no coffee when we left hotel at 4:50 am for flight. Very basic hotel.
