Spend 15 nights at apartment. Good location, near Ebisucho station, communication with owner was ok, check-in very straightforward and easy. Clean, spacious. Good value for money.
Fifth (last) floor (no elevator) was very hot during the day, but there is air-condition so not realy a minus.

部屋が広めでゆったりできた。
エアコンが結構効いて助かった。
電子レンジと小さいが冷蔵庫がある。
布団は薄いと思ったが思ったよりも寝られた。
部屋のロックが位置を合わせないと閉じない。閉じないとブザーが鳴り続ける。
テレビが置いてあるのにアンテナが繋がってなく見られない。リモコンもなし。置かない方が良い。
隣の部屋との壁が薄く会話が聞こえる。
マリオカートが結構遅くまで走っていて前を通って結構うるさい。

Very spacious and well decorated, we especially enjoyed the tatami mats and futons (extra points for the extra sink in the room to brush our teeth)
The walls and windows were quite thin so you can hear traffic outside during early hours as well as the sound of other guests on the ceiling.

le bruit mal isoler aucune demande de l’établissement sur le faite de respecter chacun en étant silencieux à partir d’une certaine heure
