I could live there.
Convenient, comfy, well connected, supportive.
Fully covered our needs.
I wish I could find places like this in all my trips. We left for Tokyo 4 days and were looking forward to return to out home in Osaka.
We'll miss it.
Not particular to this place:
Osaka drifters/Bōsōzoku/emergency and other attention magnets may wake you up at nights with their noise or sirens. One of side-effects of convenient city locations, I guess...

地點很不錯，但房間擺放格局不太好，可以有更好的擺放選擇，因為沒有提供烘衣機，建議可以把陽台整理乾淨給住客晾曬衣服的空間。
沒有烘衣機，陽台刻意擋住，半廢了。
棉被枕頭有霉味，感覺沒有更換，也沒有確實通風晾曬。
