Breakfast was basic, but good. Coffee could be a little better, but maybe it depends on taste. At the beginning we thought the hotel location is very remote, because it is little bit too far from the popular beaches. But it actually made us travel more in the city. In the end we were very happy with the location.
The room cleaning was a little bit of a mystery. We put sign "clean our room" on the door and we went out, when we came back in the evening we found out the room was not cleaned. So we told to the reception and next day it was cleaned. But day after that, same thing happened. So, our room was not cleaned maybe 3 times out of 7 days.
First, when we went got to our room - it was so hot that we had to set air conditioner to the lowest temp possible and max vent speed. We closed curtains - so the sun won't heat up the room. And after 6-12 hours we managed to get the room temperature to normal. Outside temp. was 32-34 C.

Although the hotel is located in an industrial area, it exceeded my expectations. The room was small but perfectly adequate for a one-night stay. Everything was clean and tidy.
The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was basic but good and offered a typical Croatian selection, including spreads, cold cuts, cheese, fruit - more than enough to start the day.
Another advantage is the convenient parking located right in front of the reception.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place for a short stay.

Reasonable choice of breakfast. Cleaning is good. Easy access to buses for Old Town and airport.
No extractor fan in the bathroom. Flees will get into the room if open the windows
