The hotel is very clean. The room and bed was very large (we had a junior suite). The bar was nice and service great, but closes fairly early. Location is about a 25min walk to the old town.
The rooftop pool and sunbed area was small for the size of the hotel. We were lucky to get sunbeds most times of the day.

A pleasant hotel with good facilities and an intimate atmosphere despite its size. Free parking is available in the building’s underground garage. The hotel is located in the heart of a residential neighborhood, not far from the Old Town. We really liked the location and the view — urban at first, opening up to the sea further on.
The hotel is very clean, with a lovely rooftop pool offering panoramic views over the bay. Breakfast is varied and offers a good selection.
The true highlight of the hotel, however, is the warm and welcoming hospitality. Special mention must go to Mihaela and Matea at the reception, who were absolutely wonderful — lovely, friendly, smiling, exceptionally helpful, and genuinely welcoming, without ever making it feel forced. They were happy to assist with every question or request, and even went above and beyond by actively helping my partner plan a surprise for me during our stay. For us, they are what made our stay truly memorable.

One downside: the hotel is not right in the city center, so we had to use Uber quite frequently (around €7–8 per trip). But - given all its advantages, we would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Split.

Friendly waiting staff, good pool facilities and sun deck. Location slightly out of town, no problem for us to walk 25 minutes or so, bus available.
Reception staff could add to the experience by greeting you as you leave and return to the hotel, as in other hotels we stayed at, here they always seemed to be on their mobile phones scrolling! Restaurant also had few vegetarian options for food. Although the hotel had been designed well, we felt it lacked an 'atmosphere' and was instead functional.
