It was quiet and the room we stayed in was lovely. The hotel staff were very helpful. The pool area, while small, accommodated the number of people in the hotel at our time (shoulder season). Had it been peak season it is probably on the smaller side for the size of the hotel. Food by the pool was good, though it is overpriced but considering hotel prices was fine for the convenience.
If you are looking to do a lot of activities in the old town it is probably not the best option as being closer is likely better value for money overall. There is a shuttle bus but it is so infrequent and poorly timed that it was not the most useful for early morning starts ect.

The room was fantastic and products -
the beach bar was cool even though expensive
the roof top restaurant was amazing with wonderful service
spa facilities were amazing
the pool area old drinks were not tidied up quickly and left to sit there
view from balcony was ruined by building works but understand building needs to happen

We couldn't stay for breakfast because we had to leave for the airport, but my wife stopped by and said the breakfast was spectacular.
The property was wonderful, and the swimming pool was great. The beaches are nearby, but it's a bit of a walk to reach them. The beach club charges for access, while the free beach areas are quite rocky. The staff were very friendly. We had two rooms, but only one was ready when we arrived. The reception manager kindly gave us complimentary drink coupons while we waited. Unfortunately, when we tried to use them by the pool, we were told they were only valid for soft drinks, not beer, which was a bit disappointing.

The view from the room.
The in room service was horrible, we ordered dinner 3 times, we didnt get the order and then had to call reception and get the order confirmed jist to know that one of the item is not available. After 10 pm there was no dinner service, we cant order anything through the web. They gave a full plate pasta wothout salt or any oil, we asked it for kid and they didnt even put salt in it. No salt and pepper with the dinner as well. Very bad experience mainly related to the in room dining. Other things were okay.
