The staff were so friendly and the pool area lovely. Enjoyed having a well appointed room with a balcony to relax and enjoy the sea. The breakfast was also excellent.
We really liked everything, but one area that could be improved is more regular tidying up and maintaining the pool facilities. During busy times you would see dishes left behind and some spa options were not working.

Location, comfort and convenience. Most amazing views and wonderful food as we ate at most restaurants.
We got moved around when we arrived but got an upgrade free of charge

Great location, bus route into Split Old Town, beach over the road. Lovely rooms, great breakfast.
Some staff seemed inexperienced.

Location right beside promenade
Bedroom was clean and had good air conditioning
Didn’t feel like a 4* hotel, service wasn’t great, a lot of young staff just hanging around and not doing anything. Food was disappointing and not of a standard expected for the cost. Everything was very expensive, no water provided in room on arrival during a heatwave, despite there being a mini fridge, only a bottle of wine was provided. Full charge of stay at hotel was deducted a week before even arriving.
