The staff was amazing. We arrived very early and they immediately accommodated us and stored our luggage. Our rooms wouldn’t be ready until later and once we shared that we wanted to visit the Gorreana Tea Factory, they introduced us to the tour company on site and they arranged a private tour.
It’s a bit outside of the city center.

The room was very standard, was expecting something else at a "vip executive" hotel, the same when it comes to a poor 2 pieces coffee pads for 2 nights stay.... What happened to coffee and tee making facilities?
