Excellent renovation of the 14th century castle. Big room, very clean, very good shower. Beautifully grounds. Very peaceful place with views.
No personal in view, no internet what so ever, no air conditioner and no bidet.

Set in a very beautiful location, Hotel Palacio Dos Olivos is a very impressive building in a tiny little village. It's easy to find nice walks and places to hand out nearby. Clean rooms and dog friendly.
We did seem to have an issue with not many places around offering dinner - the hotel wasn't serving food. I know that they were also short staffed but for somewhere that's quite remote, its a bit of a pain to not offer or suggest dinner options.

We arrived at 3pm with my wife as it was recommended for check in . The code to access was in the message. The keys with guest names were on the reception desk - we took our key and self checked in. The whope property is in fantastic place and very well renotaved about 15 years ago . With great taste and high attention to details. We enjoyed the palace in total solitute - there was nobody in it. We even expected some ghosts to show up..... Mountan views and the valley views were magnificent.
The only concern I had - we wanted to make a cup of tea and I had a big deal of searching where I could get - we found a microvave and two small cups to heat the water. A few larger cups would be an easier option.
