Lovely building in a great location

Staff excellent. Amazing decor of communal areas. Breakfast was very good. Location ideal.

Rooms were relatively functional compared to how lavish the building was. TV should be smart enabled nowadays so that Netflix etc.. can be accessed.

Alles was perfect We hadden standaard kamer gereserveerd en we kregen gratis update naar een suite in het oude gedeelte dit vonden wij van grote klasse De ondergrondse parking met rechtstreekse toegant tot het hotel was top Ook het uitgebreide ontbijt was dik in orde We komen zeker terug

The best hotel experience that we have ever had.

We had a three night stay at the Grand Hotel Casselbergh and can only describe it as fabulous. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional from the beautiful communal areas to the rooms themselves. Every one of the staff team that we encountered were friendly, courteous and professional. We really cannot fault this hotel in any way.

A really lovely stay in central Bruges. Very friendly staff

Perfect location. Great hotel. We requested not to have our room serviced but a bag of clean towels and toiletries was left outside our room. Great bar

Entrance and exit to car park was very tight. Shame there was no restaurant. Would have been nice to have had a jacuzzi in the spa although the spa was lovely

My wife any I really enjoyed our stay and will return to the GHC when we revisit Bruges.

Location, ambiance . Really enjoyed the elegant bar area.

I felt the short stairway going from the main lobby to the second building was awkward . I saw people with handicaps and strollers struggling with the stairs.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, great location!

Grand Hotel Casselbergh Brugge was a such a gem. The staff was helpful, and our room was beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for Old Town Brugge. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, or to recommend it for those who are willing to pay a bit more for a great experience.

Beds: We had the typical Euro two separate beds as our "double" bed, which also means split/half comforters. We don't prefer this, but knew it was likely. The mattress was comfortable. The pillows are possibly too big, which is the opposite problem from most hotels. Shower: Very small shower. Large tub, which we didn't use. Would love to have a bigger shower and skip the tub! Breakfast: There was a lot to be offered at breakfast, and what we tried was good, but not great. We ordered cappuccino the first day and the coffee was terrible. We enjoyed the fruit and eggs, which is all we are looking for before a day of sightseeing. If it hadn't been included in the rate, we wouldn't pay $32 per person for it, though. Bar: There is a lot of seating at the bar, plus large lounges on either side of the bar room, which was nice. Drink prices were high, even for Brugge.

Luxury & Comfort with lovely staff TOP NOTCH

Great Room in the more charming part. Lovely spar & sauna in basement & lovely friendly staff and they even had a minibar. Excellent breakfast too

Loved it!

Location so close to centre, room exceptionally clean, breakfast was so good! The hotel in general was very luxurious and the staff were very friendly & professional, I would def return back to this Hotel.

Ok if I had any criticism which would be hard I’d stop the smoking in the foyer, the smell seeps through to the main reception and you can smell it which can be quite off putting. Nothing else to complain about.
