Access to the beach and close to 7/11
We had issues with the first room (possible mold on the wall, leaking AC and the condition of the facility was heavily used but we got a new room

The location was excellent, just a little away from the noise but lots close by to walk to.
Rooms were large and enjoyed a smaller friendly hotel.
Hire jet skis and had a Thai massage on the beach right by the hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Can’t think of anything. Was a lovely stay.

All staff r amazing . Nothing a trouble for them always smiling and greet you everyday.pool is great overlooking the beach.chaweng beach is beautiful warm water little waves and sand easy to walk on . We r at the southern end of chaweng brach away from the hussle and bussel. Sellers walk the beach all day . My favourite the spring rolls and donuts 50baht each. Breakfast is good . We were only staying 3 days but extended for another 7.massage girls either side of resort. 711 across the road nice restaurants across road and a short walk very good prices .if you r looking for a relaxing holiday this is the resort . Location was great, nice walks along the beach. Breakfast was okay. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The room is a bit dated. soundproofing nonexistent. we could hear every bit of noise from people outside their rooms. blinds not suitable for room. people can see into your room at night when walking past.
