Tudo. Quarto grande, boa cama, café da manhã variado. Piscinauiti boa

Fica próximo a praia, uma caminhada de 10 mins. Caso queira ficar em frente a praia vai pagar mais. Mas em Koh Samui tem muitos passeios vc praticamente não fica no hotel.

Отель оформлен в приятные, яркие цвета. Комната сразу заряжает позитивом. Постельные принадлежности мягкие и удобные. Нас было трое. Ребенок (9лет) спал с папой на кровати. А мама на топчане, который используется как диван. Запросили у персонала дополнительное постельное белье - нам все выдали. За что отдельная благодарность 🙏 Персонал всегда готов прийти на помощь и ответить на любые вопросы. Замечательные разнообразные сытные завтраки. Шведский стол. Были фрукты. Никто не торопится уносить еду, как это часто происходит в Турции. Номера были просторные. На балконе можно полюбоваться видами. Есть бассейн, вода теплая, всегда можно найти свободные шезлонги. И купить еду в баре. Сэндвич был очень вкусный. Полотенца выдавали даже уже после времени выдачи. Персонал выше всех похвал! До пляжа минут 10 идти. Терпимо.

Главный минус - кондиционер. Это полноценный Боинг 777. Он не просто шумит, он Орет, ревет, гремит, взлетает😅 это ископаемая модель, без которой и жить невозможно, становится жарко, но с которой спать будете только на 4 день - срубит от дикой усталости😅 Поэтому если у вас чуткий сон - сюда лучше не надо🥲 Второе - проблемы со сливом. Вода стоит в санузле до порога. И норовит прорваться в спальню. Уходит долго. После наших жалоб убрали решетки какие-то , стало пахнуть канализацией.

A very comfortable stay, got to rest better as the bed and pillows are very comfortable.

The staff went out of his way to give us a room upgrade from superior to deluxe room for free when there was an electrical outage in one of the buildings, which we appreciated a lot at that time since we were feeling very exhausted from our long trip from Phuket to Samui and needed to nap as soon as possible.

Really comfortable stay, would recommend!

Really nice hotel! Rooms very spacious and beds comfortable. Room cleaned every day so fresh sheets, towels etc provided every day. The pool area is really nice & well maintained with a good bar & pool towels provided. Lots of restaurants/shops etc as you head left & right out of the hotel. Really good value for money! Really enjoyed our stay.

No complaints, location wise it’s probably a good 15-20 minutes until you hit the busiest part of the town but we knew that before we booked. Very handy to hop on one of their taxi trucks if needs be for about €2.

Great value for the price!

Big Pool, nice, spacious and comfortable rooms. Big extensive and delicious breakfast. Everyday free glass water bottles! The staff was helpful and really friendly. Good location!

There is the opportunity of housekeeping everyday we did it one day it was all good, but the surely gave us the same towels that we used before, not so good.

Not bad for the price

Pretty basic hotel which could use some upgrading Didn’t move breakfast so much and could have really used a good coffee Staff was ok- not overly friendly but not rude Close walk to the beach and a supermarket and 711 very close by

Nice relaxing stay

Good pool and gym, nice airy room, short walk to Chaweng beach which was a really good beach

Not close to some of the markets and fire shows at the top of Chaweng beach

Good location.

Extremely noisy in the morning by the staff cleaning the other rooms due to lack of soundproofing. There was a terrible smell from the shower and also from the water in the pool.

Great place, i would def recommend

The room was great. AC was nice. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was nice and the availability of a gym was a plus.

Gyms AC wasn't working so it was quite difficult to train under those conditions. Reception staff wasn't very helpful at all, mainly because english language was super limited. This seemed to apply to every staff member. Cleaning staff was awesome though. Breakfast was good but eggs were made fresh and while they were well done and "unlimited", it took quite a while for them to make it in the back kitchen every time (even if there were no other guests and you ordered a simple sunny side up egg).

Disappointing

I liked the pool and the rooms had everything needed.

there was no elevator going to the third floor and no carrying service. my suitcase was really heavy so I would've liked knowing this beforehand. also, after showering (for only 5 min), the room was completely flooded because the water didn't drain. my clothes were all wet and so was my wallet with my passport. I slipped and fell and broke a glass water bottle, which I had to pay for at check out.

Close to bars and restaurants.

We found hair in the bathroom when we arrived. Breakfast was poor, not many options.

Fair price

The staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, swimming pool was lovely but not many lounges available to all the guests if you wish to spend the day at the pool.

Breakfast could be better, lots of options of curry and noodles if you fancy that for breakfast.

Pleasant

The size of the room is perfect. The beds are great, breakfast is good

The airco made a lot of sound. When turning off you could hear the airco unit outside of the neighbors.
