Amazing tutorial regarding the area from the staff, which included recommendations to grocery shopping / restaurants / cool places to see in the neighbourhood. Staff was extremely pleasant to interact with on the daily basis.
Not much of a critique from my side, although the location could be slightly better oriented in terms of overall information - reception was a little bit hidden from the main stret view and although I managed to spot it rather quickly, another guest had small troubles with navigation.

Solid price for a hostel in Barcelona. Had my own room with a table, bed, fan, and clothes rack. Microwave and refrigerator with forks etc.
No air condition in room, view from window was a wall a meter away with no sky to be seen. No wine bottle opener. Table was in rough condition. A slow elevator.
