1: Excellent staff <-> client rapport; they are friendly, clearly eager to establish good communication & for clients to ultimately have a positive experience; more so than a lot of 4* hotels I've been to, 2: availability of parking (included in the price), 3: breakfast - included in the price; humble, but the basics were there, & the staff was available to make fresh eggs or coffee if anything was used up, 4: sufficient space in the rooms, 5: cleanliness, 6a: location - it's easy to get to the place, as long as you're by car, 6b: location - a bit on the outside of the city, quiet.

1: this would be nitpicking, but the shower cabin was a bit tight (& I'm not a big guy by any means), 2: the A/C took a long time to even start dropping the temperature, 3: the rooms could be slightly better soundproofed - to consider during the next renovation when doors would be changed.

Conventient location for a stayover.

Location out of town means easy parking. Restaurant facilities. Price / quality is very good.

It is a bit basic but the price is modest.

Very nice hotel.

It was a nice hotel. The breakfast was very good. The dinner meal was outstanding. The room and bathroom was very modern and comfortable. We liked walking into town and also our bus trip into the city and beyond.

We did not like the rugs in the room.

Everything is great!

Very kind staff, speaks English. A delicious breakfast was included in the room rate. The owner even took us to the bus station.

Friendly responsive multilingual staff, regular room cleaning, great kitchen (separate from included breakfast but well priced and tasty). Good hotel location for transit/car travelers

The location is far from downtown. We couldn't hire a car so it is no very convenient if you use public transportation.
