Firstly the location and our greeting. To be in the heart of Alicante Old Town was all we could ask, and to be met by the
owner Michael personally was a lovely surprise. And he was helpful in every way.
Secondly the value for money. This apartment was a very fair price given it's location.
And the apartment had all the amenities that you expect from an apartment, but don't always get. Clean toilet and shower, fully equiped kitchen with an oven and microwave etc. And best of all, a comfortable bed with spotless sheets!
Given that it exceeded our expectations, there was nothing we didn't like.

It was well located and loved the rooftop area. Very clean apartment Easy access to property
Stairs were fairly steep going up to the rooftop and it was 4 floors up to the apartment but this wouldn’t put me off staying there again.
