We were given a nice quiet room. If the room were not quiet, I’d have been disappointed.

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was a fabulous stay for work and these are what I like: (1)Location is extremely good and convenient. There is a direct bus from Taoyuan airport that stops right across the hotel (5mins walk). It is quiet and feels safe especially because it is not right next to tourist top spots. Many bus stops and within 10mins walk to the train station make it extremely easy to travel to various spots such as Taipei 101, XiMending, Da’An Park etc. It is also very close to a local night market where you have access to delicious and cheap local food! (2) Size of the room is as advertised and it’s very very comfortable. King size bed which can easily fit 2 adults and 1 child. (3) Room is very clean, bathroom is clean, strong water pressure, nice thick towels… (4) Availability of 2 sets of washing machine & dryer. While you might need to queue, but it’s great to have the service available. I am glad I stayed here and I will be happy to be back!
Breakfast spread is basic, and lean towards local Chinese cuisine (porridge and condiments). May feel limited for tourists who look for more bakery or western options. Not a big issue if you are not fussy about food. Bakeries and lots of family marts within walking distance.

The location of the hotel and the breakfasts were very good.
Our room was very damp and the carpet was wet at the entrance to the bathroom. The carpet was not clean.
