Great location. Easy to get to subway and food choices
Had to extend our stay by one day and Janice Chen was exceptionally friendly and handled our request perfectly
The cleaning could be more in depth. There was a lot of dust under the bed along with someone’s lost socks

Aparthotel. No food. Had a spacious suite of rooms - kitchen area, living room, separate bedroom and large bathroom. Huge shower and tub and very comfy bed. Super friendly staff at 24 hour reception. Had trouble with washer/drier as no instructions in English but staff happy to come and show me how it worked. Good aircon. Rooms a little tired and could do with a refresh - grouting in bathroom, painting woodwork, etc. loved that housekeeping made up the room each day, not expecting that as it was an apartment. Good location near a subway station and the lovely area of Chifen Street. Great bakery almost next to hotel, shame they didn’t serve coffee and have tables to sit. Fab base from which to explore Taipei for a few days.
There were no English instructions on how to use washer/drier but staff very happy to assist.
Suite could do with an overhaul, decoration tired and old e.g woodwork painting, re grouting in bathroom.

This was our first visit to Taipei and we were very comfortable in this suite. The kitchen, laundry and bathroom were all superlative. The decor is slightly worn but that did not bother us at all. The front staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling and welcoming.
