Location was excellent as it was within 10 min walking distance to more than one train line. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I booked two rooms, and stayed 4 nights with friends. One room looked clean, but smell bad that didn’t go away. They didn’t switch rooms for us because they said all rooms are fully booked, no room available to switch.
The other room had a drain problem. The Shower floor was higher than sink location. Shower water flooded all bathroom floor. Seems like the sink location and shower location is switched.
The staff worked hard to help us.
