這次的入住體驗讓我感覺服務品質很好服務方面不亞於一些普通五星級飯店的服務房內設備、整潔、環境都令人感到舒適會想再次去入住期望下次入住時，依然是這種高品質的體驗

12/10-12 入住 (第一次入住) 天威套房　$價格因為是浮動的看官網比較準確官網上的照片跟實際上相差不多整體的服務都很貼心，讓我感受到高品質的服務 1. 服務櫃檯人員非常友善 (a) 寄放行李由於我們比較早到台北，我們有先寄放行李從chenk in之前的寄放行李就很親切之後還有貼心的已經先幫我們把行李送進客房在chenk out後依然能寄放行李 (b) 客房服務雖然在繁忙時段找不到人，但依然會抽空並親切地接電話並在繁忙時段後，有問題會幫我們解決需要瓶裝水也不會吝嗇 (c) 房務整理該換的備品都會補充新的看到有忘記補充的，打客房服務後，有幫我們補足 2. 整潔基本上肉眼可見之處，都蠻乾淨的入住第二天浴巾跟毛巾，房務整理後都會換新的房務整理也整理得很乾淨 3. 舒適 (a) 房內設備完善空調正常有微波爐(可惜沒用到) 有咖啡機(這個操作需要看清楚,但說明蠻詳細的)(需要額外裝水) 室內鞋比一般飯店給的好一點，是有點厚的那種有浴袍房間兩台電視，浴室兩台電視(不過洗手台上面那台我找不到方法開) (b) 浴室冬天浴室門要關，因為飯店為了保持廁所不潮溼，基本上有感覺一直在送風如果冬天浴室門開著，冷了很多(這兩天的測試) 廁所有免治馬桶，自動感應掀蓋(超方便)，溫感座墊(冬季超好用) 按摩浴缸前也配有電視除了蓮蓬頭是三段式外，頭上還有淋浴式的出水口，非常的好，水壓也充足 (c) Mini Bar 桌上有免費餅乾冰箱有3罐免費飲料都是免費的真的很佛心，不懂為什麼有些五星級冰箱內的飲料還要錢 (d) 環境隔音很好，幾乎沒有其他的噪音我們都能一路睡到天亮，沒有半點從窗外傳來的聲音(救護車不算) 4. 地點斜對面就有超商，非常方便離華山文創、三創很近，走路就能到附近滿熱鬧的，餐廳多，很多類型的餐廳都有離台北車站也很近，善導寺站一站就能到　或是直接走去也可以 5. 館內設施 2F有健身房及交誼廳交誼廳，有小零食可以吃，在那邊休息等待一些時間，也是很不錯的選擇廁所也很乾淨衛生

(a) 床頭左側的插座是否有設計不良，根本插不進去 (b) 書桌上的多功能插座會整個拉出來，可能沒卡好 (c) 浴室水龍頭與洗手台的設計蠻有問題，不管手放哪水都容易流到洗手台外的平台上，或是水沒關好時就直接灌注在平台上，很容易造成整個平台像是淹水一樣

Great place and location for a great price and wonderful staff!

Location was great, staff was excellent and breakfast was great.

The lobby has air freshener smell that overwhelming and on the cheap side that makes you feel it’s a cheap hotel (but of course it’s not - it’s a very good hotel.) Also would be nice if they had a lunch or dinner buffet similar to the breakfast buffet.

Have stayed before and will do so again.

Have stayed @ location many times but the 1st time in years due to Covid restrictions. Our daughter lives close by so very convenient for us. Very appreciative for the breakfast/lounge area as it gives us a place to 'hang out' off hours. The entire staff very helpful

My wife is sensitive to cold so we keep temp in room a bit warmer than most but cannot do the same in breakfast/lounge area (not a complaint just a personal preference). The handheld shower tends to lose pressure (akin to turning itself off). Not sure if this just an issue in our room but love the rain-shower. The bathroom sink faucet tends to spill water everywhere if not turn fully on (poor placement). And, for long stays, would like some sort of storage (drawers) for underwear, socks, etc. Living out of a suitcase is a PITA.

The location is not bad, the room is quite big and nice. And it come with some nice tea and even coffee machine.

some of the control buttons in the room don't work very well. the faucet in the bathroom is too modern that sometimes gets very confusing how to really turn it off

Expected better facilities

The staff were polite, very quick with housekeeping and very prompt when we asked for something to be delivered to our room. Location was good, close to convenience stores and public transport (bus & mrt).

The gym was so tiny (about the size of our sweet studio bathroom) there was barely any room to move around - it's basically a hazard to work out in there. We were looking forward to the jacuzzi in the room, but were told it wasn't working when we checked it- that was disappointing.

neighbourhood was quiet, and beds were comfortable. toilets were spacious and decently equipped

location is a 10 min walk from the 2 nearest mrt train stations. not encouraged if you are travelling with elderly or young children.

Disappointing

The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

1. Terrible designed bathroom, the sink is not properly installed so it's impossible to turn off the tap without getting water everywhere, we had to leave a towel under the tap to prevent the water getting all over the floor everyday.... 2. The room feels run-down and needed a maintenance, the screw fell off from the shelf and paints peeled off from the furnitures and walls. 3. Smelly room and it's impossible to higher the temperature of AC, if you turn off the AC the whole room starts to smell weird and if you turn on the AC it's freezing cold.

Exceptional

Things I enjoyed for this hotel. -Staff are courteous and they allowed me to check in 1.5 hours earlier. -Rooms are very very well furnished and well maintained. -Bed and pillow are very good to sleep on. After exploring Taipei I can always get a good night rest for our next day outings. -Location is near to Zhongshan MRT and easily walkable about (7-10) mins depends on your speed. -Bathroom is awesome and fully furnished with rain shower, floss, different types of soaps and practically what you needed. -Room cleaning is also great -Hotel is aso near to one of the best breakfast area and Japan unagi restraunt(Eel). Overall the price you pay for such a hotel is worth the money as compared to those 5 star hotels.
