Excellent hotel

The moment you arrive at the hotel door you are warmly received by all the staff. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, many choices of restaurants, convenient transportation and rich shopping environment. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Taipei in the future.

외부, 내부 모두 고급스럽죠. 호캉스하는 느낌 제대로 납니다. 객실도 넓은 편이고 욕조도 있구요. 전 조식이 가장 좋았어요. 입에 잘 맞고 가짓수도 많아서 잘 먹었습니다ㅎㅎ 담에 대만가면 또 묵고 싶어요~!

변기있는 공간에 문이 하나 달려있으면 참 좋겠어요ㅋㅋ

Pleasant experience overall.

We booked a King Deluxe room, which is spacious and the toilet is clean. Surprisingly our room had a spectacular view of Taipei 101 with fireworks at midnight in New Year. Good location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staffs were polite and helpful.

Mosquitoes were found at the changing room next to the swimming pool. Also the changing room is small and old. Renovation should be seriously considered.

Poor service for the hotel of this category.

Nothing really worth mentioning.

Receptions staff was not so friendly when check-in. He did not made me feel welcome to the Hotel. Restaurant staff were rough and not helpful. They seemed to be annoyed when I tried to understand more of the food and the reservations required. When I brought some mooncakes from the cake shop, they did not come forward to serve you. They just asked you to pay over there. The 2 staff were busy chatting to each others.

Not worth the money. Not guest friendly.

The location, it’s close to the MRT station.

they could not accommodate us as house guests in their restaurant, we had to order room service and the food was terrible. They were not willing to make a fried rice with chicken instead of fish or pork. Not accommodating or flexible at all. Not a five star hotel in my opinion. Worse than a 3 star.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I have never had bad experiences.

I found just one negative thing: the hair dryer at my room was very old and poor functional. I did not think it would suitable for the hotel at this level.

Generally still a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back

The room size is better than expected with everything including a wine opener!

1) The conditioner should be the same as the bathing gel and shampoo size instead of such a small bottle 2) The toilet roll holder was loose and everytime it’s in use, if not careful, the paper roll would fall but so far, the chamber maid did not bother to do something 3) When checking out, the receptionist appeared blue about whether the room charges were paid and did not even arrange for refund of the deposit

Pleasant trip because the location of the hotel is superb.

The hotel needs a little upgrade. Lightings are on the dark side.

The pathway to hotel rooms and room are dimly lighted.

Regent Hotel

Wonderful location that's very close to Main station and Zhongshan MRT station. Lovely hotel with shops (very expensive ) and restaurants (equally expensive 😅) Great bed and comfy.

This was our second stay and decided to book a room on a higher floor. It was a downgrade and such a huge disappointment as this was our 5 year wedding anniversary. No nespresso machine (hubby was HUGELY disappointed) compared to the last room.

Great hotel in Taipei. Clean, Cozy and Great service.

Super Service minded Staffs; especially hotel concierge. Check in was smooth and fast. The room we stayed was Large, Clean and Cozy. Make sure that you choose the room with breakfast. We found that the breakfast here is really worth it.

If we have to say what we did not like. It is the room key. It is not the key card, but the traditional golden one.
