I like the size of the room and the water pressure in the shower and the hot water was very nice in the staff were extremely nice
The bed was hard as a rock and not comfortable at all plus, the hotel is kind of out of the way, and not many restaurants near the hotel to choose from. Also, the Japanese restaurant in the basement I could never find it. Pour instructions on how to get there.

The location is very good - easily accessible by public transportation. The hotel was comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast was a variety of foods and we could choose to our daily taste. We enjoyed the stay and our trip.

Nothing really worth mentioning.
Receptions staff was not so friendly when check-in. He did not made me feel welcome to the Hotel. Restaurant staff were rough and not helpful. They seemed to be annoyed when I tried to understand more of the food and the reservations required. When I brought some mooncakes from the cake shop, they did not come forward to serve you. They just asked you to pay over there. The 2 staff were busy chatting to each others.
