We were on a family holiday and loved the extra space and kitchen facilities that these apartments provide. They also provide housekeeping which made it so easy. It is conveniently located surrounded by Family Mart and great food and transport options. Very easy to find for tour operators too.
Not a dislike but you need to inform them in the morning if you want housekeeping. They are very accommodating and will change towels at least if you miss the window.

Nice rooms/appartments, very clean, spacious. Great shower. Washing machine. Convenient for the Red line MRT which was handy. Close to some nice izikaya-type restaurants.

The staff were genuine, courteous and made us feel welcome and supported during our stay :)
The room was very clean! The sheets were always fresh and there was very little/no dust - a plus as we were travelling with someone with a dust allergy.
Facilities, although quite dated, were maintained well and worked well :)
Distance from Shuanglian MRT station was a bit of a walk for families with young children. Would be good for those who like to explore the area and be close to Ningxia night market.
Facilities (Television, bathroom accessories) were quite 90s-2000s so be prepared that your smart accessories will not be very used in the room.
